Zen Escape One of the Solitudes selection from Nature's Spa. I love this one and often use it when giving
reiki and reyad sekh em. I've yet to find anyone who doesn't like it.
Buddhist Chants & Peace Music from Music Club. Another one I use during treatments. I also often play it
at our Inspirational Friends events.
Tim Wheater : Heartland. I love Tim Wheater's music and this album is something special as it combines his
usual haunting music with human voices. The album tells the story of a warrior returning home to find peace.
Meditation & Visualisation. This is a combination of great music and natural sounds, including the ocean, bird song,
dolphins and gentle rain. Its very relaxing to play just as it is, but the CD comes with a visualisation specially written
to go with the music. You can use this as a meditation, or just play the CD as background music.
Chakra Dharanam Part !. This CD introduced dru yoga meditations. It includeds spinal breathing, a chakra rainbow meditation and
ajna centering and meditations for the lower four chakras.
